The First Month

The first month has come and gone and we can't believe how much she has already grown. We have already filled a bag with clothes that no longer fit her. She smiles now and is starting to 'talk'. She is becoming a tad more independent as her eyesight is becoming clearer every week. Instead of needing us to take her to see things, she can see them from where she is, and so more content. Allen is leaving for 10 days to trap rats on Goat Island, so it will be just the two of us. I already have a huge amount of respect for single mamas but I know it will triple when Allen leaves! Here are some photos of the past month.

oh my what a doll she is! I can really see you in her eyes Ginger, she is such a cutie-pie! We got the birth announcement today, ADORABLE, thank you! We miss you tons, sorry I missed your phone call -- I truly hate my phone but I love you, so it made me sad to miss it. Write soon!
love
