That outfit is a one-of-a-kind consignment sale find! I don't think it even had tags did it? It was very possibly sewn by someone's grammy.

Aunt Jenn and Uncle Richie gave Fern this outfit many months ago and it is one of my favorites. I love the top so much...it makes me want to sew...for lack of better words and TIME.
